Ordering and Payment
To place an order, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and proceed
to checkout.
We accept payment via credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our
payment gateway.
Shipping and Delivery
We deliver our goods to different countries.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Shipping in Kosovo will take 1-3 days.
- Shipping to Albania and North Macedonia may take up to a week.
- Shipping to Europe may take up to 3 weeks.
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
- You have the possibility to return or exchange your order within 1 week of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original invoice.
- Damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns or exchanges can be sent or returned to our shop at the following address: Magjistralja Prishtine- Ferizaj, Kalabri Prishtine.
Workshop Reservations
Workshop reservations are non-refundable, but you can arrange new dates by
contacting us.
